This new creativity can also help you to solve other challenges better. As mentioned above, it doesn't have to be all work-related. You can learn a new skill or interest outside of work, for example, if you love to travel, learn a new language, or learn to play an instrument.

Primarily, learning a new skill outside of work trains your brain to better deal with problems that arise at work.

4. Prioritize your relationships

An added benefit to spending time with family and friends is that distract you from everyday stress and help you relax. Sharing the stressors and giving and getting feedback from the other side helps both sides to reduce the weight. But careful, this only works if the relationship is balanced, else it will backfire.
