Our solution is a personal and scalable AI coach that, in many aspects, can go beyond a human coach’s capacities.
Participants get a Garmin smartwatch and our mobile app with an AI chatbot coach. The chatbot is trained by Swiss therapists and supercharged with data fusion algorithms that continuously evaluate and predict many metrics so the chatbot can offer highly personalized support.
Why we call it a pilot study
The solution is co-researched and co-developed with your support, we want to intersect research and personalization. You will play a pivotal role in helping us to develop the best possible and personalized solution for you and your co-workers. To ensure we give you the ideal tool for you to stay resilient and energized, we will add features that benefit you over time. The algorithms will be modelled with your data.
The app will start with essential features, but over time more functionality will be added. By joining you now, you will get the massive advantage that the system is tailored to you.
During the meeting you will receive a Garmin Venu SQ 2 smartwatch, the Garmin app and the Resilient app and we will guide you through the setup process.

What are the benefits of participating in the study?
Participants will gain personalized insights and guidance to manage stress, enhance focus and energy, learn preventive strategies against burnout, and have an overall better well-being
Is there a fee to participate in the study?
There is no participation fee. You will receive the Garmin smartwatch and app and access to the AI chatbot as part of the study.
How will the AI chatbot support me?
The AI chatbot, enriched with Swiss therapeutic knowledge, provides ultra-personalized support, guidance, and reminders, assisting you in effectively managing stress and improve recovery.
Who will have access to my data?
Your data is confidential. Only the psychiatric practice psy-bern can identify you under a doctor-patient confidentiality agreement. No other parties will have access to your identifiable data. Data scientist will only get anonymized data to model your personal algorithms. Your anonymity is our priority and we may use anonymized aggregate data (large group data) to help you compare yourself to the average population or on a dashboard.
In short, only the doctor (and only with your permission) will be able to identify you. For example, not PMI, not Resilient, not SUPSI have access to your identity or data that can identify you.
