Electrical & Electronics EngineeringUdochukwuka is a self-taught software engineer who studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Benin. He began his career building and shipping production systems across health tech, fintech, and blockchain, holding engineering lead roles at Meetwith and SprintIQ, working as a Full-Stack Engineer at Boardman, and serving as a Backend Engineer at Emergency Response Africa, where he built infrastructure in a compliance-sensitive, health-critical environment.

Drawn to early-stage startups and the challenge of building from scratch, Udochukwuka joined Resilient as Technical Lead, where he owns the full architecture of the platform, from AI-powered burnout detection pipelines and wearable data integration to backend infrastructure and deployment.
